To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must not be artificial damaged and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging.

Our products are 100% guaranteed, however, if the products you have received is unsatisfactory, we will replace the product or refund all or part of your money after a review of your complaint has been completed. 

Please check the contents of your order upon delivery because once the delivery note has been signed it is then assumed that your order has been fulfilled and a refund is less likely to be granted.

Within 7 calendar days of receipt of delivery, if the product has no manufacturing defect, and is still in new or like-new condition in the original packaging that will not affect second sale.

Within 7 calendar days of receipt of delivery, if the product has a manufacturing defect before being put to use.

Manufacturing related quality issues still exist after a replacement.

The warranty time is 1 year for thermometers, 6 months for other items in our shop.


Local credit card/debit card and PayPal refunds can take up to 10 business days to process after the product is received. International credit card, Visa or MasterCard, refunds can take up to 14 business days to process.

Sender must pay the costs of return delivery and the costs associated with product testing if the product does not meet the conditions for a replacement or refund set out above.

We may amend the Refund and Replacement Policy terms from time to time, including where there is a change of law.
